Benchtop 5-1/2 digits DMM with 4-terminal resistance measurement and high-accuracy
Multi functional and high precision model, with 4-terminal resistance measurement function added to the Model 3238. Hign-speed 3.3msec comparator provides for production line use. Comparator function with open-collecor output, beep sound, or LED display. Built in RS-232C interface and External control I/O, or added GP-IB interface (-01 model).
Note: 4-terminal measurement probes for resistance measurement are not included. Purchase the probes appropriate for your application separately.
